This event is dedicated to providing a platform for local artisans and businesses to gain exposure, connect with a broader audience, and promote their unique products.

Contract Points for Stall Holders

  • Stall Information:
    • What to Bring: Clothes, jewelry, bags, handicrafts, shoes, gift items, embroidery suits, and more.
    • Entertainment: Live music and children’s activities will take place throughout the event.
  • Non-Transferability of Stall:
    Stall holders acknowledge that their stall is non-transferable and may not be shared with others without prior written consent from the organizing committee.
  • Booking and Payment:
    • Cost per Stall – Basic Package: 12,500 PKR (4×10 ft Size – includes one table and one chair).
    • Cost per Stall – Gold Package: 25,000 PKR (6×10 ft Size – includes two tables and two chairs).
    • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 2,000 PKR is required to secure your stall.
    • Booking Order: Stall numbers will be assigned based on the order of bookings. Allocations will follow a first-come, first-served basis within the designated four categories.
    • Early Bird Discount (5%): This discount is applicable only for the first 20 bookings made before November 10, 2025.
  • Space and Setup:
    • Space Requests: Requests for additional space or specific locations will be considered but are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
    • Setup Time: All exhibitors must complete setup by the deadline specified 10AM by the event organizer. Late setups risk losing their reserved space.
    • Operating Hours: Exhibitors must ensure that their stalls remain open between the allocated hours of 11 AM to 11 PM.
  • Conduct and Behavior:
    Stall holders and their representatives must maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Any form of misconduct, including fights or backlash against the organizing company, will result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund.
  • Prohibited Items:
    • Food Items: The sale and distribution of food items at the stalls are strictly prohibited to ensure a safe environment and comply with the standards set by venue authorities. A designated food stall will be available for exhibitors, walk-in customers, and attendees at payable rates.
  • Liability and Responsibility:
    • Responsibility: Exhibitors are responsible for their own items. Digital Nexus (event organizer and venue authority) is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage incurred during the event.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellation: Exhibitors may cancel their participation, in such cases, please note that the registration fee and the stall transfer amount is non-refundable
    • Cancellation Due to Force Majeure: In the event that the exhibition is canceled due to a natural disaster, political hurdles,   governmental decision, or other unforeseen circumstances, Digital Nexus will not be held liable for any associated losses. Digital Nexus reserves the right to reschedule the exhibition and will announce the new date within 30 days following the cancellation.
  • Force Majeure:
    Digital Nexus shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or governmental action.
  • Governing Law:
    This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
  • Severability:
    If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
  • Amendments:
    • Right to Amend: Digital Nexus reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time for any reason deemed necessary to ensure the integrity and success of the Pakistan Cultural Exhibition. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in event logistics, participation requirements, and safety protocols.
    • Notification of Changes: All amendments will be communicated to exhibitors in a timely manner via email and through official announcements on the event’s website and social media platforms. Continued participation in the event following the notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
    • Enforcement of Terms: Digital Nexus retains the authority to enforce these terms and conditions, including any amendments, to protect the interests of the event, its participants, and the venue. Failure to comply with the amended terms may result in removal from the event without refund.
  • Agreement:
    • Acceptance of Terms: By filling out the booking form, exhibitors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety. This acceptance includes acknowledgment of all stipulations regarding participation, liability, and conflict resolution.
    • Binding Agreement: This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the exhibitor and Digital Nexus. By submitting the booking form, the exhibitor agrees that they have the authority to enter into this agreement and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
    • Indemnification: Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Nexus, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation in the event, including any claims made by third parties.
    • Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
