Participant Evaluation Criteria
Overview
All participants must register and submit their singing videos as specified. These submissions will be shared with the sponsoring TV channel, which will screen and shortlist candidates for live performances at the Cultural Journey Festival on December 25th and 26th (estimated). A maximum of 30 participants will be shortlisted, and selected to perform during allocated session slots assigned by the Digital Nexus and TV Channel judges.
Evaluation Criteria
Vocal Quality:
- Clarity, pitch, and consistency in singing.
- Ability to convey emotion and connect with the audience.

- Confidence and charisma while performing.
- Engagement with the camera and audience.

- Originality and creativity in presentation.
- Suitable choreography and movement.

Adherence to Guidelines:
- Compliance with the submission guidelines (video length, format, etc.).
- Choice of song appropriateness for the event.

- Quality of the video and audio.
- Overall professionalism in the presentation.

Steps for Participation
Registration: (Submission Timeline - 25th Nov to 15th Dec 2025)
All interested candidates must complete the Participant Registration Form and submit it along with the registration fee of PKR 1,500 (non-refundable).

Video Submission:
- Submit a 3-minute singing video through the specified upload field in the registration form.
- Ensure the video showcases your vocal talent and performance abilities.

Selection Process:
- Once the registration closes, the Digital Nexus will review all submitted videos with TV channel judges.
- Candidates will be screened based on the evaluation criteria mentioned above during the 15th - 20th Dec 2025.

Shortlisting:
- A maximum of 30 participants will be shortlisted for live performances during the Cultural Journey Expo.
- Notification of selection will be sent via email or phone, including session time slots between 20th - 22nd Dec 2025.

Rehearsals and Final Instructions:
- Selected participants must attend any scheduled meetings as directed by the TV channel judges.
- Detailed instructions about performance logistics will be provided closer to the event date.
